The head coach of Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT), Bojan Hodak, has expressed his clear disappointment over the match officials during their 1-1 draw against Pahang in the FA Cup semi-final first leg at Larkin Stadium.
The head coach then declined to give any further comments in regards to the game as he stated that if he does make comments, he is likely to be fined by the FAM.
According to Bernama, Bojan said “I cannot give any statement because I will talk about the referee, and if I talk about that, I will be fined.”
The post-match interview, which lasted less than a minute, clearly demonstrated Bojan's disappointment over match official Mohd Zohri Tajuddin handling of a highly-intense match.
During the game, JDT had several penalty claims that went against them, in addition to other claims that the JDT coaches were not satisfied with.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw, as a Matias Conti header in the 36th minute cancelled out Luciano Figueroa's opener in the 12th minute.
Pahang now have a crucial away goal for when they play the return leg in Kuantan, and will only need a draw to go through to the FA Cup final.
