Wan Zack Haikal, who signed for Kelantan earlier in the transfer window, has finally been registered for the Red Warriors to play for this season.
Representatives from Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) stated that his transfer certificates have been accepted from his old club, FC Ryukyu.
According to the KAFA, Wan Zack Haikal will replace Aizat Jaini, who has been released to UiTM in a mutual agreement between the two clubs.
Wan Zack joins Prince Tagoe, Brendan Gan and Fitri Omar, who were all signed by the FA Cup champions during the April transfer window.
However, Wan Zack is only expected to play only when the Malaysia Cup starts towards the second half of the year as he is still recovering from an ACL injury.
Kelantan recently fired their head coach Steve Darby after some poor performances, including an AFC Cup exit and a 4-0 defeat to MSL strugglers Sime Darby.
Kelantan are now 6th in the MSL, with six wins from 13 matches. With the defeat against Sime Darby, Kelantan now are five points behind league leaders Pahang.
