Terengganu and Selangor continue to occupy the second and third spot on the table after both sides secured wins on Saturday night

Terengganu remained on 2nd place after comfortably beating Sarawak by 3-1 in Kuching. Zairo scored first from a free kick on the 20th minute before Rashid Aya equalized for The Crocs to end the first half on 1-1. In the second half, The Turtles then dominated the match and Dabo Moustapha scored the second goal on the 65th minute. 5 minutes later, Nor Farhan added the third goal for The Turtles to ensure the team went home with all three points.
In arguably the most exciting match of the week, Kelantan took on ATM at the Sultan Muhammad Stadium. Shawky Yazid became the only scorer in the match. His goal on 60th minute mark helped The Red Warriors continue their winning streak and move them up to 5th place though ATM remain on 11th spot.
Pahang continued their excellent form by beating T-Team FC 2-0 at the Darul Makmur Stadium. All goals came in the second half with sensational striker Matias Conti scoring first on the 60th minute. After the goal, T-Team tried their best to equalize but to no avail. Zesh Rahman compounded more misery on T-Team as he scored the second goal for The Elephant, thus giving them a key victory on the day.
In another match, Lions XII took on Sime Darby FC which saw the game being won by the reigning champions. Sime Darby took control of the match in first half but the Lions proved to be superior to them after the break. The visitors put on an amazing show with Safuwan Baharudin scoring on the 52th minute before Khairul Amri added the second goal 10 minutes later.
Selangor won against bottom table team, Perak in a match where The Red Giants could have scored more goals. Inspirational striker, Paulo Rangel scored the only goal in the match to make his goal tally for this week four. The visitor’s victory looked more secure after Shahrizal Saad was given a red card just 3 minutes before the end of the game for a rash challenge on Steve Pantelidis.
JDT again failed to secure a win after they could only secure a draw against PKNS FC. The home side got the lead from Patrick Ronaldinho on the 37th minute mark. In the second half, after Safiq Rahim was introduced, The Southern Tigers’ performance looked more solid and they were able to get the equalizer via Mahali Jasuli’s goal on the 52nd minute. Despite both sides pushing hard to find the winner, they score line remained as both sides went home with one point apiece.
