The second leg of the 2013 Malaysia Cup semifinal between Sarawak and Pahang should see a full house in Kuching this Saturday.
All 10,000 tickets allocated for sale on Friday were sold within an hour after the booth opened to the public at 10am.
Bernama reported that about 15,000 fans started queuing at the Kuching Stadium as early as 5am on that morning to make their purchase early despite the Crocs trailing Pahang 3-1 on aggregate after the first leg in Kuantan last week.
The Kuching Stadium has a capacity of 25,000 and the remaining tickets will go on sale on Saturday.
Even though Sarawak have a two-goal deficit, captain Shahrol Seperi’s away goal could be the difference-maker when the two sides meet again.
The Tok Gajah have the lead thanks to an Azamuddin Akil brace and Matias Conti’s strike, all in the first half of the first leg.
