Injury-hit winger Nazrin Nawi wishes his teammates all the best and believes that Malaysia can do well against China at Tianjin
Negeri Sembilan winger Nazrin Nawi is confident that the Malayan Tigers can do well against China when the two teams meet in a friendly match this Tuesday at Tianjin.
Nazrin, who was excellent during his performance when Malaysia faced Chelsea and Chonburi FC, following a promising season with Negeri Sembilan, has not been called up by national head coach Datuk K. Rajagopal due to injury.
Speaking to Sinar Harian, Nazri said: “Of course I was disappointed that I have to miss out on the game after I felt so ready to join the team to China.
“Whatever it is, I hope that my friends can do their best against China,” he added.
Nazrin is confident that his friends can upset China if the they perform and play at their best.
Nazrin will join Kelantan duo Khairul Fahmi and Farisham Ismail on the injury list.
