Pahang's midfielder, Hafiz Kamal, has said sorry to the Tok Gajah's fans for his foul on Zamri in the clash against KelantanIn the 2-2 draw, the Perak-born player received a red card after stomping on Kelantan player Zamri Ramli.
However, the free-kick specialist said that Zamri hit his face first before the incident happened.
Speaking to Sinar Harian, Hafiz said: "But what can I say, the referee did not see what he did to me so I am a little bit angry with that. However, I want to say I am sorry to all the fans out there for my mistake and I hope they will forgive me."
Hafiz now is suspended for two matches and his coach, Dollah Salleh, is still satisfied with his high-spirited team who played well to get a draw from the game.
"Despite playing with 10 men, we never gave up and managed to control the game," Dollah added.
