Saarani is currently plying his trade in Portugal, but manager Faisal Zakariah has said that his player will make a final decision next month on whether to leave Atletico Sport Clube Reguengos.
There are also rumours that Fakri may play in Thailand if he receives any offers from clubs there.
According to Faisal, since the Segunda Divisão only ends in March, Fakri wants to focus on playing with his club first and does not want to make any decisions yet.
Speaking to Utusan, Faisal said: "Fakri still has not made any decision regarding his future. If the club fails to get into the second division, he might not stay. [Only] at that moment, he is prepared to listen to any offers from teams that play in a better league in Portugal."
Faisal also mentioned that Fakri also received offers from clubs in Indonesia, but given the unstable situation there he rejected the offer.
"It is true that Fakri received three offers from Malaysian Super League teams, but his main priority is to stay in Portugal to gain more experience," he added.
