FAM rejects application by PKNS to play Nazmi earlier

The application by PKNS, to register Nazmi in the Super League earlier than regulation, has been rejected by FAM
The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) have shown that they are unwilling to bend the rules, even for Malaysia's promising youngster Nazmi Faiz.

According to Sinar Harian, the FAM has rejected the club's application based on the current rules and regulations in place.  It is stated that every team who wants to register a new player has to wait until the second transfer period, which is in April in this case.

The general secretary of the FAM, Datuk Azzudin Ahmad, said that PKNS would have to wait before he can register the wonderkid for Super League action.

"We have to reject the application based on the rules," he added.
