Despite only playing two games so far, Amirulhadi Zainal has expressed that he is happy at Pahang and his new role as central midfielder.
The former Selangor player, who usually plays down the wing, admits that he still needs to improve his playing style as the last time he played in that role was during his time as a youth player.
Speaking to Astro Arena, he said "I still have a lot to learn. I have played this position before but it was a long time ago so there are a lot of things I need to improve."
He is also expressed his happiness with the fact that coach Dollah Salleh shows a lot of faith in him. He said that Dollah wanted him to play in that position from the first time his coach contacted him.
"Last season I rarely played, so my target is to play more often this season. I am adjusting fine with my new teammates and hopefully it can get even better after this," he added.
Amirulhadi also did not hide his dreams to play with the national team once again, saying that any player wants to play for their national team.
