The nippy winger was voted by fans as the Yeo's People's Choice Award 2012 winner beating out the likes of French striker, Frederic Mendy and Brunei hotshot, Shahrazen Said
Among the other notable candidates for the award were Japanese duo Atsushiro Shimono and PDRM bound Tatsuro Inui.
This win represents a historic moment for the 21 year old winger as he collects the first personal accolade of his young career.
He is also nominated for the Yeo's Young Player of the Year Award in the S-League Awards 2012 night alongside his teammate, Gary Robbat. Harimau Muda on the other hand are up for the Singapore Pools Fair Play Award.
