The Harimau Muda player has officially been signed by the Portuguese club
Nazmi has reportedly inked a three-year deal after a successful trial.
Speaking via his new club Nazmi said: "This was my best chance and I'm thankful I have succeeded. I'm extremely happy and excited and can't wait to start on my new adventure."
Wan Zaharulnizam Wan Zakaria and Wan Zack Wan Haikal are the other two Harimau Muda players who have been earmarked for foreign success after Japanese third-tier side FC Ryukyu expressed interest.
Nazmi meanwhile will no longer play a part with Harimau Muda A who are leading the title-charge in the S.League.
