The experienced defender claims that he was stamped on and kicked by the striker during his team's 1-0 victory on Sunday and says that replays will prove him rightLevante's Sergio Ballesteros was far from happy after his side's 1-0 win over local rivals Valencia, claiming that striker Roberto Soldado "assaulted" him during the game.
The two players clashed on numerous occasions during the clash and the 37-year-old defender fell to the floor twice claiming that he had been struck by the Spanish striker.
"Soldado gave me a stamp and a kick with his heel and on television it will be clear," he said in a post-match interview.
"It is two bits of nonsense but two assaults that I have had done to me."
The referee did not agree with Ballesteros' view on the incidents as he booked the experienced centre-back for pretending to be stamped on.
