The coach had words of praise for the promising Rossoneri and chose to focus on the positives rather than the negatives after the stalemate with the GiallobluAC Milan trainer Massimiiano Allegri and club director Ariedo Braida have lauded the performance of teenage sensations Stephan El Shaarawy and Mattia De Sciglio in the 1-1 draw away to Parma.
Following goals against Cagliari and Udinese, the striker opened scoring on the night for the Rossoneri against the Tardini outfit, only to see his team pegged back by a Daniele Galloppa free-kick shortly after.
"El Shaarawy isn’t even 20 yet, and so he is improving yet from last season," Allegri lauded at the post-match press conference. "He has a great eye for goal, but he has great strength, stamina and pace too."
"We found space after the break to create chances. It wasn't a bad performance, but we did not manage it on a night we should have taken three points home comfortably.
"Now, there is an important match against Zenit St Petersburg on Wednesday, and we need the win."
Club director Ariedo Braida reserved praise for fellow youngster Mattia De Sciglio as well, after the academy graduate put in yet another solid shift on the flank.
"De Sciglio is a humble boy, yet strong on a technical level. We need to focus on youth such as him, always patient and giving him time to grow."
"We have several promising young players who value their chances to make it on a professional level."
