The Athletic midfielder is eagerly anticipating Friday's Copa del Rey final and he revealed that the squad will be at ease ahead of the encounter as they will be the underdogs
However, the midfielder assured that the Basque giants will try to dominate the encounter and make the Catalans chase the ball, and he does not believe that emotions will influence their opponents just because it will be Pep Guardiola's farewell game for Barca.
"Barcelona continue to be the best team in the world for me. That it's Guardiola's last game, won't affect them," De Marcos stated to reporters.
"We want to have the ball and dominate the game. We want Barca to run and chase the ball. But maybe things don't work out, our legs start to tremble and who knows.
"I don't know if it's an advantage, but not being favourites gives us more peace of mind."
Friday's showpiece at the Vicente Calderon kicks off at 22.00CET.
