Kelantan took all three points against LionsXII at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Reigning MSL champions, LionsXII were unable to hold on to a 1-1 score line after Forkey Doe scored in the dying minute of extra time to secure a 2-1 victory. Khairul Amri put LionsXII in front in the 26th minute but the visitors hit back through inspiring forward Fakri Saarani in the 51st minute.

Sime Darby FC were unable to hold off JDT and suffered a 0-2 defeat. The visitors scored two goals in the first half from a superb Luciano Figueroa’s free kick in the 23rd minute and a rebound by Norshahrul Idlan Talaha in the 31st minute after a venomous shot by Safiq Rahim to add the second goal for the visitors.

Pahang managed to secure a morale boosting win against ATM in the Darul Makmur Stadium by three goals deficit with Matias Conti (15’), Dickson Nwakaeme (18’) and Faizol Hussein (35’) scoring in the first half to demoralise the away side. Dickson Nwakaeme again scored in the second half before Juan Arostegui's header then pulled a goal back for ATM to give Pahang a comfortable 4-1 win.

Meanwhile, Sarawak suffered a shocking defeat against strugglers T-Team. The home side took the lead through Ramzul Adnan in the 46th minute before Badrul Hisyam added a second goal just 5 minutes before the end of the match.

Perak could only manage a draw against PKNS FC. The match ended 1-1 with both goals coming in the first half with Guardiano scoring for Perak in the 6th minute before Karlo Primorac equalised for the Fire Ants in the 39th minute.
