The Goal.com team picks the best XI from the latest round of Malaysian Super League matchesMalaysian Super League Team of the Week
|Goalkeeper - Anis Faron (Johor FC)
The young goalkeeper managed to keep a clean sheet after a storming game. Continuous attacks from Terengganu managed to be denied by the goalkeeper. Even after a hugely dominating game Terengganu still failed to hit the net with the goalkeeper looking very determined to keep the clean sheet.
|Defender - Obinna Nwaneri (Kelantan FA)
The Nigerian defender has been putting in impressive performance week in week out. Nwaneri was with pace, control and timing against Felda United which gave the opposition a tough time to find their footing, eventually losing 5-1.
|Defender - Shafizan Hashim (Johor FC)
Going up against the likes of Ashaari Shamsuddin and Manaf Mamat was always going to be a tough task, but Shafizan Hashim was magnificent and restricted them to several scrappy attempts.
|Defender - Zubir Azmi (Terengganu FA)
Zubir Azmi continues his top form bossing the defence line all around. Johor FC had a hard time to break Terengganu defence with him guarding it tight enough to not concede a goal.
|Defender - Muslim Ahmad (Terengganu FA)
Having established himself with the Terengganu team, the 22-year-old Muslim was unfazed against the experienced strikers in the Johor team and produced an impressive performance which helped his side keep a clean sheet.
|Midfielder - Shahril Ishak (LionsXII)
The central midfielder was the heartbeat of the Lions engine room. Shahril staked a strong claim for an influential central role with a series of convincing performances there and again proved it this week against T-Team and Negeri Sembilan. He found the net yet again in both matches.
|Midfielder- Shahdan Sulaiman (LionsXII)
The Singaporean playmaker gave a great performance and managed to get his name on the scoreline against T-Team and Negeri Sembilan with vital goals which ensured his team's victory.
|Midfielder - Shahrol Saperi (Sarawak FA)
The creative midfielder managed to grab his team's first goal in the opening minutes against PKNS FC. Shahrol broke through PKNS' defense line and was able to wreak havoc a few times which was crucial as he helped the team to a decisive 4-1 win.
|Midfielder- Badri Radzi (Kelantan FA)
The midfielder played an integral part in his side's demolition of Felda United. He kept his composure and kept the game ticking with his short and well placed passes. He also scored his team's 5th goal.
|Striker - Onyekachi Nwoha (Kelantan FA)
Nwoha scored 2 goals against Felda United and also played his part for his team's third and fourth goal. The Nigerian's goals also helped Kelantan to retain its spot at the top of the table for the weekend. It would be a travesty if his name doesn’t come up in this week's Team of the week!
|Striker - Ashri Chuchu (Sarawak FA)
The local striker repaid his coach's faith and put in a stupendous performance against PKNS in which he scored two goals. His efforts proved to be an immense contribution to his teams huge victory.
NOTE: Amendment made to Goalkeeper. It should be Anis Faron not Zamir Selamat. We apologise for the mistake.
