Premier League Team of the Week: Suarez steals the show after four-goal haul

What a couple of days it's been in the Premier League. We've seen Arsenal march on at the top of the table, Manchester United drift further out of the title race and Luis Suarez humiliate Norwich once again.

Elsewhere there were victories for the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea and Tottenham and at the bottom, Crystal Palace recorded a vital 1-0 win against West Ham to boost their chances of surviving the drop.

Pretty much unplayable in the first half as he scored a quite brilliant hat-trick. Never stopped running and looked to get others involved whenever possible. Sumptious free-kick was the icing on the cake.
GOAL! Luis Suarez does it again! This time, he benefits from a foul on Steven Gerrard by Russell Martin to lift the ball up and then down into the top corner beyond a hapless John Ruddy as Norwich's tormentor-in-chief comes back to haunt the Canaries yet again. Superb.
But Goal's Team of the Week for the midweek fixtures starts at Craven Cottage, where Hugo Lloris (4) caught the eye with his performance in goal during Tottenham's 2-1 win over Fulham, a result that went some way to easing the pressure on manager Andre Villas-Boas.

At right-back, Rafael (3.5) gets the nod after returning to the Manchester United starting XI following a spell on the sidelines and putting in an assured performance with plenty of crosses from the right before being substituted in the second half of the defeat to Everton.

Staying at Old Trafford and the left-back berth in our Team of the Week goes to Bryan Oviedo (3.5). The Costa Rican is doing a fine job in filling in for the injured Leighton Baines and scored his second goal in as many games with the late winner against David Moyes' side.

At centre-back it's another of Everton's heroes from the victory over Manchester United, with Phil Jagielka (4) turning in a solid showing as the Toffees defended resolutely to keep Wayne Rooney & Co. at bay, while Cardiff City's Ben Turner (3.5) was on form in his side's draw with Stoke.

As is always the case in Goal's Team of the Week, there was plenty of competition for a place in midfield but, following two goals and an assist in Chelsea's 4-3 win over Sunderland, there was no way Eden Hazard (4.5) was missing out on a place.

Arsenal continued their march towards the title by seeing off Hull City at the Emirates, and after producing performances of the highest order, both Santi Cazorla (4) and Mesut Ozil (4) earn a place in our starting XI.

The other midfield slot goes to Yaya Toure (4), who scored twice in helping Manchester City improve a woeful away record by defeating West Brom 3-2 in the delayed kick-off at the Hawthorns on Wednesday night.

In attack, Romelu Lukaku (4), who bullied and battered the usually impenetrable Nemanja Vidic at Old Trafford, lines up alongside the magnificent Luis Suarez (5). The Liverpool striker terrorising Norwich yet again with an incredible four goals in the Reds' 5-1 win at Anfield.
