thumbnail Hello,

The Dutch goalkeeper reiterates his intention to remain at the Welsh club next season, when he is looking forward to making an impression with the Swans in Europe

Swansea City goalkeeper Michel Vorm insists that he is looking forward to a challenge in the Europa League next season, adamant that he has no intention of leaving the Welsh side.

The Dutchman signed for the Premier League club in 2011 and has since been linked to European giants Barcelona, as well as Liverpool and Arsenal.

5/1 Michel Vorm is 5/1 with BetVictor to sign for Barcelona before September 1
Vorm told reporters: "At the start of the season I signed a new deal. That wasn't only because I thought this was a nice club, it's because I believe in what we do.

"We play in the Europa League next season and, if you go for it, you can go far. My former club, Utrecht, are similar to Swansea. They are a small club, and we got to the group stage and it was amazing.

"We played Napoli, Steaua Bucharest and Liverpool in our group and those matches were an amazing experience."
