Goal.com exclusively revealed on Friday that the Santiago Bernabeu is set for a clear out this summer with Mourinho amongst a Mendes-represented group of individuals leaving the Spanish capital, with Stamford Bridge to be the 50-year-old's next destination.
Speaking to Italian outlet Radio Mana Mana Sport, the high-profile coach's representative all but confirmed the news: "After the match versus Borussia Dortmund, he spoke with journalists and was fairly clear in saying that he wants to leave and there's about an 80% probability that Chelsea will be his next club."

Current interim manager at Stamford Bridge, Rafa Benitez, has guided the Blues to a Europa League final and looks set qualify for the Champions League, but has continually reiterated he doesn't expect to be at the club after the end of the season.
