The 38-year-old has confessed that it was tough to lose the league in the manner they did, but stated the standard of training has been upped following Sir Alex's summer signings
Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has declared that the club are hungry to regain their Premier League title this season from champions and rivals Manchester City.Sir Alex Ferguson's side relinquished the league crown on the final day of last season, with Sergio Aguero striking a dramatic late winner against QPR, but Giggs has stated that the heartache that they suffered then has only made them more focused on putting things right this season.
"The lads can't wait to produce some of the football that we did last year," the veteran Welshman told Key103.

"What happened last season was tough for everyone but you just have to come back in the right manner, which is what we hope to do.
"It is going to be tough because there are a lot of quality teams out there but you are always determined. We want to get it back."
And with the addition and swift integration both Shinji Kagawa and Robin van Persie have shown, it has provided the Old Trafford outfit with a welcome boost so far this campaign.
"You hope the big players that you sign fit in straight away. Sometimes it doesn't happen. With Shinji and Robin it has happened straight away, which is great," Giggs added.
"It gives everyone a lift in the squad. Training is a lot sharper and we are all fighting for places, which is what you want.
"It just ups the performance level."
Should Giggs feature against Wigan, he will make his 600th Premier league appearance for United.
