The Netherlands striker's 35th international goal moved him into third place in Holland's all-time scorers list but he insists his only focus is winning matches as a collective
The Manchester United star netted his 35th Oranje goal in Tuesday's 2-0 win over 10-man China and now sits just five strikes behind all-time top scorer Patrick Kluivert.
However, the 29-year-old has insisted that he is only focused on helping his side and was happy with the work-out in Beijing.

"It sounds weird, but we didn't hope for [the red card]. We wanted to make a real contest of this match."
Van Persie is now off duty until Manchester United meet up in Australia in July and the striker said he welcomes the break.
"Now I'm going to enjoy my vacation and I can really use one," he continued.
"It's not very long but I do look forward to it. In the first week of July I have to travel to Australia on my own. I don't want to think about that now.”
Winger Arjen Robben added that he had found his nation's tour of the Far East very helpful.
"It was a very useful trip for us, because the circumstances were difficult and we had to adapt to that."
