thumbnail Hello,

With five more strikes to choose from, pick your favourite and tune into this week's episode of the Goal Show on Wednesday

GOAL OF THE WEEK

While European nations are engrossed in the Euro 2012 finals, for the rest of the globe preparations continue for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Last week saw forgotten Tottenham forward Giovani dos Santons secure our Goal of the Week title, and this round's batch contains more South American flair.

Ahead of Wednesday's edition, we select our five favourite goals featured in the Goal Show and ask you to pick your favourite.

1
Lionel Messi
Argentina vs Brazil

Dos Santos' effort against Brazil was last week's winner, and the Selecao come under fire again, as Bareclona's Argentine master is our first pick of the week.

2
Lionel Messi Argentina vs Brazil

Oh, and our second. Messi scored a delightful hat-trick against Brazil - the first treble they had conceded since Paolo Rossi's for Italy at World Cup 1982.

3
Shinji Kagawa
Japan vs Jordan

The Manchester United-bound midfielder was on target in Japan's 6-0 victory over Jordan, in a match whereh Keisuke Honda netted a hat-trick.

4
Kim Shin-Wook
Qatar vs South Korea

A clinical effort from the striker as South Korea defeated Qatar in their 2014 World Cup qualifying match.

5
Emanuel Rivas
Sampdoria vs Varese

Varese may have lost the two-legged Serie B play-off clash with Sampdoria, but for Emanuel Rivas at least there was one slight consolation, as he makes our top-five cut.
