Saved well from a tricky Cork effort, and then got low to deny Rodriguez. Also superbly tipped a Lambert free kick away from the top corner in a very good game.
Got forward to good effect early on as he linked up with Dyer, going close with an effort of his own.
Almost punished by Lambert for giving away a free kick in a dangerous position, but Vorm came to his rescue. Was otherwise very solid at the back.
Had very little to do in the first half but dealt well with Lambert's muscle. Showed his pace too when Rodriguez was pushed up front.
Made some good runs down the left but didn't get the ball as much as he would have liked.
Stretched his former side with his pace on the right wing and tirelessly pressed high up the pitch. His final ball wasn't always the best, though. Had an effort blocked off the line, but could have done better.
Usually involved in some way in the Swans' attacking play but wasn't as influential as he can be before the break. Shifted up front for the second half and went close with a header straight away.
Looked tricky on the ball and had an eye for a pass. He also worked back when his side were put under more pressure. Withdrawn at the hour mark as he influence faded.
Kept Swans ticking in midfield, and kept the ball so well. Might have offered more protection for his defence at times.
J. de Guzmán
Linked up defence and attack fairly well. Had a decent effort blocked early in the game. Caused Saints defence troubles with a neat chipped ball in the build-up to a Dyer chance. Denied by Boruc's foot after making a good run late on.
Looked confident under the high ball and claiming crosses. Had little else to do but saved very well to deny De Guzman with his boot.
Struggled against Dyer and looked sloppy on the ball early on. Made amends with an important block and was fairly solid thereafter.
Rushed a clearance that led to an early Swans chance. Got forward well, as usual, but was again let off after allowing Hernandez in.
Largely did what he needed to well, but made a few sloppy passes. Positioned himself well to block Dyer's effort off the line and made a number of clearing headers late in the game.
Made an important early block and did well to nullify most of the Swans attacking threat during their dominance. Made numerous important interceptions as the hosts pushed on late on.
Tackled well as normal as he helped out his defence when the Swans were on the front foot.
Was a threat when he was able to run with the ball and won some free kicks in dangerous areas. Had a goal disallowed for a foul on Vorm. Sloppily gave away the ball to give Dyer a good chance, and was replaced soon after.
Tested Vorm with a decent early effort and provided good protection to his back four as Swans struggled to create anything. Battled hard all afternoon.
Kept the ball well at times but lacked the creativity needed to unlock the Swans stubborn defence.
His confidence showed as he wasn't afraid to shoot and ran at defenders when he could. Failed to make much of an impact when moved up front later on and was replaced late on.
Had little to feed off in the first half. Sent a promisingly-placed free kick straight into the wall but was then denied by a brilliant Vorm save with another one soon after. Replaced by Ramirez in the second half.
