The Borneo side will be facing an uphill task against the in-form Seladangs at the Perak Stadium

Two sides with almost similar potential but extremely different form will be taking on each other in a tricky battle at the Perak Stadium on Wednesday. The home side are evidently on fine form, with three victories from four while Sarawak come into this on the back of positive draws against Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
Norizan Bakar's men have been one of the surprise packages of this season so far and that is due in no small part to Michal Kubala and Shahrulnizam Mustapha's excellent partnership in mifield. Both men have been exceptional in dictating proceedings and look almost certain to start on Tuesday.
With the backing of a terrific home crowd, it will be a must for Perak to start with two upfront, and Nanthakumar is likely to be dropped to the bench to accomodate Akmal Rizal and Lazar Popovic on the offensive.
Meanwhile, Sarawak will look to continue their resurrection to the season after a dismal start. An opening day victory was followed by two defeats, including one in the Borneo derby against Sabah. However, they have looked much more stable in their last two matches and will be keen to continue that form on Wednesday.
Kalle Sone has been dropped, despite scoring against Negeri Sembilan last week and Sarawak have acquired a replacement in the form of Croatian striker Vedran Muratovic. The former NK Celik Zenica forward is likely to start alongside Zamri Morshidi upfront, while Benedict Martin continues to dictate the midfield.
