Johor will be taking on Sarawak at MPPG Stadium on Tuesday with the home side aiming to extend their 3 match unbeaten run in the league. Meanwhile, Sarawak will march into the game beaming with confidence after beating Felda United in dramatic fashion last Saturday.
K. Devan's men have yet to win a single match at home and that could prove to be an advantage for Sarawak. Although the Crocs have not really hit top heights yet this season, their performances in recent games have been encouraging.
As for the clash, Sharizal Saad and Haris Safuwan are likely to continue their roles upfront. The latter impressed after netting in their 2-0 win over Kuala Lumpur in midweek and will be crucial for this one as well. However, a debut could be given to their Brazilian import signing Arturo Henrique, who could add more firepower to their offensive department.
Goalkeeper Zamir Selamat has been in fine form this season and could be pivotal on Tuesday. Also Fernando de Abreu will continue to lead their line in defence after impressing in his first two matches.
As for the away side, Ashri Chuchu will definitely start in this one after a majestic performance against Felda United, in which he scored a dramatic last minute winner. Vedran Muratovich has been revelatory since signing for the Crocs and the Croatian will continue to forge a partnership with Zamri Morshidi upfront.
On an overall note, this match is likely to be an interesting affair between two sides looking to further assert themselves in the Malaysian Super League table.
