AFC Leopards coach Rodolfo Zapata has lauded his charges for a perfect outing that helped his side grab maximum points against Sofapaka on Wednesday.
Ingwe had lost the first leg 2-1, and they needed to avenge the defeat as well as get the points that will put them into the title race. Zapata says more of that display will be required to help the team do better.
“We have not lost any match since I took over, and that is a plus to me. I feel we deserved the win because we played better, just like a Leopard we are, we knew something was going to happen that we could get the three points.
"The good thing is that we played a beautiful game and created chances and got the win,” Zapata told Goal.
AFC Leopards are currently sixth in the 18-team league table on 28 points.
