Kenyan Premier League-leading scorer Elvis Rupia is closing in on a deal to Zambian Premier League.

Rupia is understood to have agreed on personal terms with Power Dynamos and it is now up to the club to meet the demands of his parent club, Nzoia Sugar.

Dynamos' high ranking delegation led by the team manager Lombe Chipupu arrived in Kenya on Saturday for negotiation with Nzoia officials for a deal that is understood to be in the region of Sh1.5 million.

Goal had previously reported on the Dynamos' interest in Rupia, who currently top the KPL log with 15 goals, as a replacement for Alex Ngonga, who is closing in on a move to South African Premier League.
