Second-tier English soccer club Rotherham United have agreed a partnership with UK-based ICT firm GCI.
The company will deliver internal communication systems and other IT provisioning for the Championship club.
“In the modern era successful and reliable IT and telecoms have become imperative, and with GCI on board we know we are working with one of the best in the country,” said the Rotherham commercial director, Steve Coakley.
“Having worked with GCI previously I know they will deliver high levels of consistent performance which will further improve our internal telecoms and IT. It is a long-term partnership and I am looking forward to a long and fruitful association going forward.”
Rotherham’s 2014/15 season starts away to Derby on Saturday.
