Spanish soccer side Valencia have entered into an agreement with data and CRM specialists Two Circles.
The company will work with the La Liga outfit to improve its marketing strategy whilst enhancing the club’s understanding of its fans.
‘The club recognises the need to deepen its understanding of its customers and fans and to use that insight to improve its commercial performance,’ read a statement released on Friday.
Two Circles currently works with a number of sporting clients, including the LTA, ECB, London Wasps and Ascot.
“In an important period for the club, this appointment is a very significant one,” said Valencia’s chief revenue and marketing officer, Luis Vicente.
“The way that we communicate with our supporters is profoundly important to us and Two Circles is helping Valencia CF improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.”
