Coventry City have announced that local estate agent Pure Properties will serve as their back-of-shirt sponsor for the upcoming FA Cup fourth round clash with Arsenal.
The agreement will see the Pure Properties logo adorn the back of the Sky Blues’ yellow away shirts as they take to the field at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium on 24th January.
Richard Burke, the co-owner of Pure Properties and a lifelong Coventry fan, commented on the deal: “We’ve worked with the club before and obviously it’s a bonus if we get our logo on national TV.
“But as a local business, we’re not going to get calls from London asking us for a quote on their house, the decision was made purely on being fans of the club, and we hope the lads can get a good result in a tough game at the Emirates.”
The club’s corporate sales manager Tynan Scope added: “When I spoke to them about the opportunity, they jumped at it and while they might not get enquiries from London, hopefully there will be a fair few Coventry fans tuning into the coverage and there at the game who will pick up on the name!”
Coventry recently confirmed that online betting company 12Bet will serve as their front of shirt sponsor for the FA Cup tie, replacing local charity The Grace Research Fund.
