Rangers FC team manager John Terry reveals to Goal that the two have until Friday to report to the Division One side or they risk losing their jobs
Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK) have upped the pressure on their employees turning out for other clubs with an ultimatum to return to Division one side Rangers or quit employment.
In this regard, two players - AFC Leopards midfielder Charles Okwemba and Sofapaka defender Abdalla Juma - have until Friday evening to join Rangers FC or they will be without a job.
Edwin Mwaura formerly at KCB has however, returned to Rangers and is therefore, exempted from the directive.
Rangers team manager John Terry confirmed the development and pointed out that this time round PCK 'are very serious on implementing the same.'
"The two are aware about it since they signed an agreement that directed that they should join our team in the second leg or forfeit their employment with the corporation," Terry Goal.
He added: “It is very clear and it’s up to them to decide. They are our employees and should not serve any other party.”
Okwemba has in the past indicated his desire to return back to Rangers though he recently signed a two year contract with AFC Leopards’ and it therefore, remains to be seen how this matter will be solved.
