The Santiago Bernabeu side lock horns with Manchester United in the Champions League round of 16 on Wednesday, but the 41-year-old is certain that they will not rest any stars such as Cristiano Ronaldo.
"The Real Madrid team doesn't change much from game to game," emery said at a press conference.
"Cristiano Ronaldo is rarely rested. I don't remember it happening."
Despite Madrid's poor form of late, Emery went on to warn his players of the threat posed by the champions on their own turf.
"With all the problems they can cause you, the good players they have and the fact that they're at home, Madrid should be clear favourites on paper."
The match at the Bernabeu kicks off at 22:00CET.
