The temporary Giallorossi coach says he can get the best out of the under-performing squad at his disposal after Zdenek Zeman was sacked after a defeat by Cagliari

Interim Roma coach Aurelio Andreazzoli says he believes he can get the best out of his under-performing squad by improving the atmosphere around the club.

Andreazzoli has been put in charge of the Giallorossi until the end of the season following Zdenek Zeman's dismissal.

“We have a great group of guys here. There will be some hard and fast rules whilst I'm in charge and those are to be respected by everyone,” Andreazzoli told the club’s website.

“I know exactly what to do, as do the team.

“I want to install some enthusiasm in and around the club. That is crucial for us going forward.”

After Friday’s defeat by Cagliari, Roma lie eighth in Serie A with 34 points, nine behind third place and a Champions League spot.
