The player who has plied his trade in the Middle East before as well as with Targu Mures in Romania is set to leave the country on Thursday to link up with his new team.
The attack minded midfielder is understood to have penned an eight month deal worth in the range of kshs. 5.2 million for the entire period.
Jamal fell out with Mathare’s technical benchearlyin the first leg this season over what the coach termed as gross indiscipline which included absconding training sessions.
He joined Mathare, his long youthful club after departing from Targu Mures where he had a disappointing spell making only six appearances.
His new club which was founded in 1945 participates in the UAE league and had a position three finish last season.
The club has won three league titles in the past, a similar number in the UAE Emir cup(domestic trophy) as well as made an appearance in the Asian Club championships.
