Fans of AFC Leopards' should be prepared to live without top striker Allan Wanga, who is scheduled to fly out of the country for trials in South Africa.
The player will not even be available for this weekend's match against Nakuru Top Fry in Mumias as he prepares for the trials with a top South African side.
Sources close to the striker have exclusively revealed to Goal that he is taking the up-coming trials very seriously as it is a lucrative deal. "It looks a good deal and one that he really looks forward to," said the source.
Wanga has scored for Leopards' once this season - from the penalty spot against Sony Sugar at Nyayo Stadium. He returned to Leopards' two years ago and helped Ingwe clinch GOtv Shield and finish runners-up in the league.
Wanga becomes the third Kenya Premier League player this season to be seeking greener pastures in South Africa. Team-mate Paul Were and Gor Mahia's Musa Mohammed have also attended trials with various South African clubs.
