The search for Kenya’s U-17 national team through the Copa Coca-Cola U-15 youth tournament continues in Nairobi East and seven other branches countrywide this weekend.

After serving the crowd with action-packed curtain-raising matches at City Stadium two fortnights ago, Nairobi East teams including Indomitable Dandora, Kamukunji Stars, Makadara Juniors, Mysa, Makamu, and Goa FC return to the field on Saturday for their second leg matches at Nairobi Tech in Parklands.

The first match of the day will see second from bottom Makamu United aim to bounce back from their 3-1 humbling at the hands of Makadara Juniors in the first leg when they tackle Mysa from Mathare.

The two will set the stage for table-topping Indomitable Dandora’s match against Goa FC who shared spoils with Mysa in the first leg.

Bottom side, Kamukunji Stars, who were mauled 5-0 by Indomitable, will have a tough assignment when they face Makadara Juniors who are second on the log.

The teams will take a rest between their matches before playing their second matches of the day in the afternoon. Makamu will clash with Indomitable, Goa FC against Kamukunji while Makadara Juniors versus MYSA will complete the second leg boys’ matches.

In the girls’ fixtures, Golden Angels who clinically dispatched Uefa Babes 5-0 in the first leg, will be aiming to continue with their impressive form when they take on Mathare North outfit Otto Benecker in what is expected to be a tough encounter. Bottom two sides Uefa Babes and St. Ann Girls will square off in the last match of the evening.
