thumbnail Hello,

The Belgian, whose yet to win a match since joining Ingwe, further paid glowing tribute to his players and pointed out that for the first time he was happy with their show

AFC Leopards coach Luc Eymael says Gor Mahia goalkeeper Jerim Onyango made a huge difference in denying his side victory in Sunday's derby at Nyayo Stadium.

Eymael said their opponents should be grateful for having Onyango in goal. "We clearly deserved to win the match but Onyango made all the difference. He helped them a lot," Eymael told Goal.com.

Onyango was in great form denying Ingwe as Ugandan striker Dan Sserunkuma grabbed the all important goal for K'Ogalo to triumph in the 'Mashemeji' derby.

The coach further paid a glowing tribute to his players and pointed out that for the first time, he was happy about their performance.

"They created chance after chance. For me it was the best match in Kenyan football this season but unfortunately our opponents won."

Eymael said they will continue to work hard in search of that elusive win. "We have no option but to continue searching for victory. At this point it is the only thing we can do."

Leopards remain win less in the last five matches after hiring the Belgium coach and the team is in desperate need of victory.
