The Belgian believes there is a great improvement in the team over the last one week after playing against Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) and Bandari in the league
New AFC Leopards Coach Luc Eymael has vowed to transform Ingwe to play different brand of football in the next four weeks.
The Belgian believes there is a great improvement in the team over the last one week after playing against Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) and newcomers Bandari FC.
“We are on our way to playing very entertaining football and in the next four weeks, you will see a very different AFC Leopards. We played very well against Bandari, better from the game against KCB two weeks back."
“We managed to hold possession and play as a block especially in the second half. The only thing is that we never scored and of course that is a worry for me. It is something we have to work on and I am confident we will improve because AFC Leopards has very good players."
The Coach also lamented that the Kasarani pitch was in bad state and of Bandari’s time wasting antics.
“The pitch was very bad and to imagine it is the biggest stadium in the country is very sad. Bandari were always wasting time...all the time they had up to three players on the ground. If we have to improve football, then we have to be professionals and not use such tricks to get points."
Eymael was appointed AFC Leopards coach as replacement for sacked Tom Olaba.
