South Coast branch secretary Evans Mwachia accuses NEC member Hussein Terry for being responsible for the on-going wrangles at the coast and now wants Nyamweya to intervene

Football Kenya Federation South Coast Branch secretary Evans Mwachia has appealed to national chairman Sam Nyamweya to come down to coast and quickly intervene on current wrangles.

Mwachia blamed Coast NEC member Hussein Terry for being responsible for the on-going wrangles at the coast. However, when reached for comment, Terry said he cannot respond to allegations leveled against him by Mwachia and his associates as they are suspended by the national office.

According to a letter by Mwachia dated Wednesday 27/3/2013 and addressed to Nyamweya, the branch secretary accused Terry of a number of charges including mandating bogus officials to collect funds from clubs and running a league parallel to the South Coast provincial league contrary to the constitution.

The NEC member is further accused of instigating the suspension of Branch Chairman Hamisi Mwayoyo and women representative Asha Pili based on malicious charges as well as blocking the promotion of Technical University of Mombasa (Mombasa Polytechnic University College FC) to the Division one league.

Mwachia has invited Nyamweya for a meeting with the clubs to chart the way forward. ‘‘As South Coast Branch we are ready to work with Nyamweya for the good of the game but we are not ready to work with Terry since he has become a liability,” posed Mwachia.

Among the demands Mwachia is making are;

-FKF National office to lift the unconstitutional suspension of Hamaisi Mwayoyo and Asha Pili

-FKF National office to stop the NEC member and his appointed imposters from running a league parallel to the south coast provincial league

-FKF National office to recognize Technical University of Mombasa (Mombasa Polytechnic University College FC) as 2012 South Coast provincial league champions and subsequently promote the club to the 2013 Division One league.

-FKF National office to suspend NEC member (Hussein Terry) from his duties and subsequently replace him by another capable official.
