The ex-Mathare ace is set to sit out of the return leg fixture against the Seychelles side after sustaining an injury in training on Wednesday at Ruaraka groundsTusker forward Andrew Tololwa is set to miss Tusker's Caf Champions League return leg match against Seychelles side St Michel.
The 21 year-old suffered an injury while training for his club on Tuesday and has since been treated at the Aga Khan hospital.
"The initial tests after his diagnosis are set to come out today. But he is in a lot of pain and we have a long season ahead, therefore, it would be okay if we rest him," revealed the club coach Robert Matano during the team's training session at Ruaraka on Wednesday.
Tusker will head into the match with a healthy 4-1 lead accumulated during the first leg tie played in Victoria two weeks ago.
"We really want to do well and will not be resting on our laurels, the advantage is the players know what to expect so we will go out straight for a win on Saturday in a bid to maintain our consistency in this tournament."
The Seychelles team are expected in the country on Thursday ahead of the duel set to be staged at the Moi Sports Centre in Kasarani on Saturday.
Saturday's match will be officiated by referees from Burundi who are expected in Nairobi on Thursday. Gasingwa Eric will be the centre referee, Ramadhan Nijimbere (first assistant referee) Emmanuel Ndikumasabo (second assistant referee), while the match commissioner will be Lesile Liunda from Tanzania.
