The 28 year-old, who plays for top flight side Lillestrom, arrived in Tunis ahead of Harambee Stars' contingent that departed Nairobi on Sunday morning.
Tanzanian-based duo of Joackins Atudo and Humphrey Mieno were the only foreign based players who linked up with the team in Nairobi ahead of the trip that will see the team stop over in Cairo for three hours before connecting flight to the Tunisian Capital.
"Hum (Mieno) and Atudo are with us. They have been playing competitive football on a consistent basis so I have no problem they will add something to the squad," Nandwa told Goal.com.
"Origi is already at the team hotel in Tunis. I am hoping to have a full squad for atleast two training sessions before the game against Libya."
The other two European-based players Victor Wanyama (Celtic FC) and Dennis Oliech (Ajaccio) are expected to link up with the team after their respective league matches on Sunday, against Inverness CT and Olympic Lyon respectively.
Both teams are using this build up game to gauge their preparedness ahead of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers that kick -off in March with Harambee Stars traveling away for a date with Nigeria while the Mediterranean Knights will play the Democratic Republic of Congo.
