Kizito fell ill while still at home for Christmas holiday break and was bed ridden for the better part of last week.
“I thank God am okay now and very ready to start training, in order for me to catch up and rejoin the rest of the team,” Kizito told the club’s official website.
The Ugandan import was signed by Thika United’s scouts during Uganda’s secondary school ball games in 2011.
The central defender made his debut when Dutch trained tactician John Kamau decided to rest much experienced defender Vincent Nyaberi in the 2012 league match involving Thika United against Chemelil Sugar.
The 19-year old defender landed in the country on Wednesday and is expected in training on Friday.
