The long term commitment of the Croat has been shrouded in doubt after contract talks with the club broke down last year, but he has made it clear that he will be linking up with the club soon.
In a post on his official face book page, the Croatian said, “Happy New Year Gor Mahia family! Hope to meet you guys soon! Thanks so much for your comments and compliments and messages.”
“I appreciate your messages and compliments on my page. Thank you for your support and have a great year.”
Club deputy secretary general Ronald Ngala also confirmed to Goal.com that the tactician will link up with the squad by January 12.
Logarusic who joined the club last April, guided the side to two silverware last season – FKF Domestic Cup and Top Eight trophy - as well bagging an individual honour when he was voted the KPL coach of the year.
Logarusic's decision not to pen a new contract had attracted interest from top clubs among them Zamalek of Egypt, Tanzanian giants Simba and Yanga and local rivals AFC Leopards.
Under his reign the club also finished as league runners-up after being piped to the league diadem by defending champions Tusker on the last day of the league action.
