Kenyan league champions Tusker FC have included seven new signings in their squad ahead of next year's continental and league assignments.
The Ruaraka-based outfit who are marshaled by coach Robert Matano, have beefed up their squad in readiness for a grueling campaign in which the team is expected to compete in five competitions.
This includes the prestigious African Champions League where the team's provisional squad seen by Goal.com comprises the inclusion of the new acquisitions.
Former Mathare United duo Kenneth Ayong and Jesse Were, Liberian midfielder Abraham Cockie (former AFC Leopards), as well as the Ugandan quartet of Robert Omnuk, Andrew Sgkayomya, Awuton Khalid and Martin Kiiza have had their names approved by Kenya FA and forwarded to Caf headquarters in Cairo as part of the tournament rules.
Tusker are primed to take on Seychelles' side St Michel in the preliminary round of the tournament that brings together the league winners from each of the African nations.
Should the Kenyan side progress, they will come up against record winners and the competition's defending champions Al Ahly in the first round.
The Kenyan outfit will be hoping to go one better than they managed last year, when they suffered a shock elimination to Rwandan side APR in the preliminary round after a 1-0 aggregate loss.
