The ex-Tusker coach is equally closing in on striker Dennis Mukaisi whom he wants to join the Awendo-based sugar millers to partner Ouma upfront
Barely three days after being unveiled as the new Sony Sugar head coach, Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo has hit the ground running by signing immediate former Mathare United talisman Francis Ouma to join his rank.
Omollo is equally closing in on ex -Tusker FC striker Denis Mukaisi whom he wants to join the Awendo-based sugar millers to form a potent striking partnership with Ouma.
‘’I can confirm that I have signed Ouma (Francis) for a one and a half year deal. Mukaisi Dennis is also on his way here," Omollo revealed to Goal.com.
Omollo was appointed the Sugar millers tactician last Friday as a replacement for Zedekiah ’Zico’ Otieno, who is gunning for political office.
Omollo said he will be bolstering his squad by adding three more players before the 2013 season gets underway in February 14. He said that he has earmarked an experienced defender and another striker but could not reveal their identity.
"Having Ouma and Mukaisi is good. They are both powerful and would add value to our side. My target is to get experienced players who can help our course."
