Kevin Omondi and Rama Salim benched as Nandwa picks team to face Uganda Cranes
Gor's Edwin Lavasta, who came in as a second half substitute in the victory over Zanzibar, replaces Salim while 'Muki' Kimani comes in for Omondi
Kenya stand-in coach James Nandwa has recalled Gor Mahia striker Edwin Lavasta to the squad to face Uganda Cranes in the final of Cecafa Cup at Namboole Stadium on Saturday.Lavasta, who came in as a second half substitute in the victory over Zanzibar, replaces Rama Salim while Kevin "Daddy" Omondi, has been benched for Anthony Muki Kimani.
Kenya are seeking for a sixth regional tournament title when they face Uganda Cranes in this year's final. Stars last won the trophy in 2002 after beating Tanzania's Kilimanjaro Stars.
Starting Eleven: Duncan Ochieng, Anthony Modo Kimani (cpt), Abdalla Juma, Jockins Atudo, David Owino, David Ochieng, Humphrey Mieno, Anthony Muki Kimani, Clifford Miheso, Edwin Lavasta, Mike Baraza.
