Former Harambee Stars coach Francis Kimanzi is now under the radar of continental body CAF, after he threw a water bottle following Kenya's 1-0 defeat to Togo in Lome during Match 16 of 2013 Afcon qualifier.

In its meeting held in Caf headquarters, Cairo on November 26, 2012, Caf Disciplinary Board examined the documents related to some matches, with two decisions being made as pertaining to the matches in question.

The former Mathare United and Sofapaka tactician was fined a whopping US$ 10,000 (Ksh850, 000) and banned for four (4) matches by Caf for throwing a water bottle at the 1st assistant referee, while protesting a decision.

Togo FA was not left out either and was also fined a similar amount, after their fans invaded the pitch after the game in celebration, which put players and officials at risk.
