The winger, who is on loan at AFC from FISA Academy, was on Thursday chased away from Stars camp in Kampala for discipline related reasons
The 21 year-old forward who is on loan at Ingwe from FISA Academy, was alongside Gor Mahia's Kevin "Daddy' Omondi chased away from the national team's camp in Uganda on Wednesday for discipline related reasons.
"At some point we have to say enough is enough. This player (Were) has really let himself down. Unfortunately the club's technical bench has had to persevere with this behavior for sometime. We have been talking to him hoping that he will change but to no avail," Magelo told Goal.com.
'Immediately he comes back (from Kampala), he should contact me because we need a well documented explanation of what exactly happened, thereafter depending on what he says, we might be forced to cut our losses and release him. We fear he could be a negative influence to the rest of the squad members."
Were joined AFC Leopards midway through the 2012 season from Tusker FC on an unspecified loan deal reported to be worth Kshs 400,000.
On expelling the duo from camp, Nandwa revealed that they had sneaked out at night and allegedly returned with women.
"That is unacceptable in the world of football and we cannot tolerate that. We can still navigate through this tournament without them," Nandwa said on Thursday.
