Cote D Ivoire are now the best ranked African team, closely followed by Algeria, Mali, Ghana and Zambia.
Spain and Germany have maintained their first and second positions respectively while Argentina have leapfrogged Portugal into third and Italy are fifth.
England has dropped to the sixth position with Netherlands, Colombia, Russia and Croatia making up the rest of the top ten teams in the planet.
