The federation's supremo wants Michel accorded the required support by those involved in the sport to ensure the Frenchman's stint is successful
"We were under pressure from the fans and media to secure a foreign coach, now we have one of the most experienced tactician around, lets kindly offer him all the required support to ensure his stint is successful."
Nyamweya was responding to questions on whether the federation will be able to support Michel's hefty pay package.
"The coach hasn't complained, (about lack or delay in payment), so why bring up this issue? I believe their are some people who want to destabilize the team ahead of the big match next week (friendly against South Africa).
"In any case, we have engaged the government and potential sponsors (in meeting the coach's demands), they both know the value of such a high caliber coach, and are willing to assist."
